Stress Awareness Month tip: Using your oils to help feel calm and grounded go hand in hand with breathing exercises. This one is a favorite of mine and will help you SO much and is really easy. This is a great one at bedtime also. Put a drop of your favorite calming oil in your palms and rub them together and cup over your nose and take 4-5 deep inhales and/or put some on your temples or pulse points (dilute if needed) or use your diffuser prior to or while doing this exercise.
